Karen Leng
Business Analyst
Karen brings a strong financial and analytical background to her role at Anton Lork Visuals, where she applies data-driven insight to guide creative and operational strategy as a Business Analyst.
From a young age, Karen followed a creative path, with a strong interest in drawing and design. Throughout high school, she was endorsed with excellence in art design and also excelled academically in Classical Studies, English, and Art History.
After enrolling at the University of Waikato, Karen submitted a visual portfolio and was accepted into the Computer Graphic Design program. However, after six months, she realised that design alone did not fully align with her long-term interests.
This led her on a discovery journey where she found her passion in consultancy, analytics and finance. Karen began her professional career as a Lending Consultant at First Credit Union before returning to university to complete a Bachelor of Business, double-majoring in Finance and Economics. She later progressed into a Business Manager role at the Bank of New Zealand, where she spent four years building deep financial and operational expertise.
Karen has since returned to the creative industry at Anton Lork Visuals, combining her analytical knowledge with her creative foundation to support business growth and strategic decision-making.
